This year’s programme will have a special focus on current political challenges at EU level including the impact of the Lisbon Treaty, the Europe2020 strategy, Europe’s climate strategy, the new EU diplomacy and others.

The Seminar will be divided again into three tailored programmes:

• The 1-week Compact Programme (5-9/07/2010) is designed for experienced professionals working in European affairs who want to learn more about today’s hot topics and practice their know-how in hands-on sessions.
• The 2-week Advanced Programme (5-16/07/2010) is tailored to participants with a substantial knowledge of the EU who wish to improve their skills and gain first-hand insights during visits to the European institutions.
• The 3-week Classic Programme (28/06-16/07/2010) offers a complete training from introductory lectures about the European integration to working visits and practical workshops in Brussels.

All sessions will be provided by well-known Professors from the College of Europe, competent lecturers from training institutes and experienced practitioners from the EU institutions.
