The Civil Service Agency of BiH acts in accordance with the Rules for Consultations in Legislative Drafting in BiH ("Official Gazette of BiH", No. 05/17) and Unified Rules for Legislative Drafting in the Institutions of BiH ("Official Gazette of BiH", Nos. 11/05, 58/14, 60/14 and 50/17).

The stakeholders taking part in consultations in legislative drafting are: private-legal entities, international organizations, informal groups and natural persons.

In this part of website the Agency regularly posts preliminary drafts/drafts of laws and other regulations subject to consultations, pursuant to Article 2 of the Rules for Consultations in Legislative Drafting in BiH ("Official Gazette of BiH", No. 05/17).

Written comments / proposals on published preliminary drafts / drafts of regulations and other acts can be submitted directly via the contact form at the following link with the selection of the category "Public consultations", or via web application eKonsultacije.

Submitted comments and proposals will be used in preparation of the contents of a law or other regulation adopted either by the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina or the Civil Service Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, depending on their respective authority.

The stakeholders have an opportunity to participate directly in legislative drafting.

Public consultation process ensures a higher level of participation of stakeholders in the legislative activities and better information-sharing in the process of legislative drafting.
