The Civil Service Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina will conduct statistical survey of number and structure of civil servants in the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in order to provide responses to inquiries received by the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ministries and other authorities, international and non-governmental organisations and representatives of the media, in accordance with obligation from Article 62 paragraph 2 point c) of the Civil Service Law in the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Official Gazette of BiH", Nos. 19/02, 35/03, 4/04, 17/04, 26/04, 37/04, 48/05, 2/06, 32/07, 43/09, 8/10 and 40/12), which applies to examination of trends, needs and statistics in the civil service. The statistical survey is conducted electronically through the official web portal of the Agency, through which summarised results are presented too.
